The position

Evolved is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant to join our Client Services department, who work directly with our creator clients. This role supports the deployment and execution of branded campaigns and projects featuring our roster.

You will work closely with agents who source and negotiate brand partnerships, as well as directly with talent and their representatives to ensure seamless campaign execution. From initial kick-off through to final reporting and payment coordination, you will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to both talent and brand partners.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop a deep familiarity with Evolved’s roster and the specific clients that will eventually be assigned to you to manage, developing a clear understanding of their audiences, positioning, and partnership goals.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new creator clients, coordinating communication between talent, agents, and internal teams, and ensuring all required documentation, systems setup, and back-office processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Own day-to-day campaign coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timelines are met and communication flows smoothly between brand, talent, agents, and other internal teams.

• Build and maintain structured activation guides for talent and their teams, outlining key dates, deliverables, and campaign requirements.

• Support agents with campaign kick-offs, meticulously track deliverable completion, and respond to talent queries as they arise.

• Track and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously at different stages of execution, maintaining clear internal documentation and organized records, ensuring all parties remain informed and aligned.

• Monitor active campaigns, proactively flagging risks (missed deadlines, approval delays, scope changes), helping drive solutions to keep activations on track.

• Coordinate with the back office on campaign logistics, including agreement execution, CRM activity logging, and invoicing.

• Assist in the creation of campaign success reports, case studies, performance recaps, and updated talent decks to support repeat business and new sales efforts.

• Manage various non-campaign tasks for our creator clients such as press requests, event appearances, charity opportunities, etc.

Eligiblity criteria

• You must be ready to work on evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis depending on scheduled activations.

• 1-3+ years working in an assistant or administrative capacity - ideally within entertainment (agency or management experience is a plus) - where you will have learned the best practices for organization and client communication.

• Good understanding of the digital creator ecosystem.

• Passionate about livestreaming and content creators.

• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and methodical in record-keeping and project tracking.

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

• Any prior experience working with digital content creators or in influencer marketing is a plus.

Salary for this Position: $50K+ USD starting + Discretionary End of Year Bonus.
