The position
Evolved is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Brand Partnerships to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive significant revenue growth across our exclusive roster of creators and digital talent. This senior role is suited for a proven dealmaker with deep experience in influencer and digital media sales, who thrives on building meaningful brand relationships and identifying scalable partnership opportunities.
As a senior member and leader of the Brand Partnerships team, you’ll take ownership of high-value accounts, lead strategic sales efforts, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in shaping the future of Evolved’s partnerships offering.
What you’ll be doing
Own and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of key brand and agency clients, developing and executing partnership strategies that align with business objectives.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure for six- and seven-figure campaigns.
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with brand decision-makers, agency partners, and media buyers to build long-term strategic alliances.
Identify emerging market opportunities by leveraging industry insights, creator trends, and performance data to develop innovative partnership packages and go-to-market concepts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Talent, Client Services, Legal, and Finance) to deliver integrated and high-impact client solutions.
Oversee RFP/RFI responses, ensuring that proposals reflect Evolved’s value proposition and showcase best-in-class creative solutions.
Contribute to strategic planning with the SVP of Brand Partnerships by shaping Evolved’s sales narrative, pricing strategy, and data-driven sales collateral.
Serve as a thought leader and mentor, guiding junior brand agents, sharing best practices, and representing Evolved at industry events and conferences.
Report on sales performance and forecast future revenue opportunities through CRM and performance analytics.
Eligiblity criteria
6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital media sales, ideally within agency, creator economy, or entertainment sectors.
Demonstrated success in securing high-value, multi-channel partnerships with leading global or national brands.
Extensive network of brand and agency relationships, particularly within gaming, lifestyle, tech, entertainment, and consumer brands.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of digital content, creator partnerships, social platforms, and influencer ROI metrics.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRMs, Google Workspace Suite, and data-driven sales analysis.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
