The position
Evolved is seeking a highly motivated US-based Brand Agent to join our agency. The Brand Agent will be responsible for driving revenue by creating sales opportunities, developing partnership proposals, and supporting the broader team in achieving successful sales of Evolved's exclusive roster of influencers and services.
What you’ll be doing
Develop, lead, and manage the sales pitch process, including proposal development, pitch presentations, negotiation of terms, and contract completion.
Conduct strategic outreach to potential brand clients and key stakeholders, focusing on prospecting media agencies and media buyers.
Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospects by leveraging macro and micro market trends, sound product knowledge, and a deep understanding of brand marketing to identify relevant clients.
Monitor relevant media and trade journals to identify new business sector opportunities.
Manage RFIs/RFPs, collaborating with internal business leaders to ensure deadlines are met and high-quality work is presented.
Support thought leadership and promotion of Evolved's brand partnerships business unit growth in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the VP of Brand Partnerships to develop key value propositions, product opportunities, sales materials, and data/insight analytics to ensure robust and compelling sales propositions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders at Evolved on relevant projects when necessary.
Manage reporting with the internal CRM team.
Eligiblity criteria
4+ years of experience in influencer sales and/or agency experience across digital media.
Experience with digital media-centric content creator sales and a strong understanding of partnership development and management.
Aggressive approach to sales with extensive knowledge of the media landscape.
Proven track record of generating revenue with consistent, positive results.
Working knowledge of media and content development.
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems.
Bonus: Existing network of established relationships with brands & creative agencies, especially those operating in the digital and/or gaming spaces.

Salary Range for this Position: $65-75K+/yr and Commission Structure (from first dollar).
